Arches / Canyonlands
Located in south eastern Utah very close to each other near Moab, Arches and Canyonlands are often visited together and offer a wide range of classic vistas and icons. From well known locations like Delicate Arch, Mesa Arch and Balanced Rock to the hidden gems of False Kiva ruin, the ruins on Aztec butte and Suprise Arch in the Fiery Furnace, there is so much to explore. Grand vistas abound like those from Dead Horse Point and the Green River Overlook in the Island in the Sky section. I've barely scratched the surface of these two wonderful parks and can't wait to return.
