Yellowstone
Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming, America's first National Park, is a treasure beyond description and every minute spent photographing there is a gift. Whether contemplating Old Faithful or numerous other geysers, Mammoth Hot Springs or one of the many other hot springs, pools, mud pots or fumeroles, there are wonders everywhere. Waterfalls and wildlife abound and there is such a diversity of landscape subject matter on which to focus my camera. As with other western parks, Fall and Winter seem most productive with lower crowds, amazing color and the low angle light that really highlights the landscape.
